Tots have their own separate room especially designed for little ones complete with small size gymnastics equipment, a loose foam pit & slide. we have very experienced coaches, props, music and tons of fun!  They will be learning basic gymnastic skills as well as listening skills, sharing, taking turns, waiting in line, and meeting NEW and fun friends!    

We offer Morning Tot Classes as well as Afternoon Classes!!

DEVELOPMENTAL GYMNASTICS FOR GIRLS
Ages 5 - 18 years
Gymnastics includes vault, bars, beam and floor exercise with strength and flexibility training. A safe, progressive program is followed that requires the students to perfect the skills for each level before advancing to the next level. Students will have fun while learning all the basic skills for movement in all sports!

COMPETITIVE TEAM GYMNASTICS FOR GIRLS
Ages 5 - 18 years
Academy West is a member club of USA Gymnastics, the official Junior Olympic Program.  Team coaches are professional USA Gymnastics coaches, safety certified, well trained and experienced.
